SCA Kit (Sinus Crestal Approach) — surgical instruments for sinus elevation via perforation of the inferior cortical wall and lifting the sinus membrane without tearing.
Features
- Safe: S-reamer head geometry drills cortical bone while leaving a thin bone disk so the reamer does not contact the membrane directly
- Fast: high-speed drilling at ~800–1,200 rpm without membrane damage
- Simple: standard drilling workflow; applicable across clinical cases with the S-reamer
