Amann Girrbach Ceramill Matron — 5+3 Axis Dental Milling System

High-performance dental milling system developed especially for machining demanding metals such as titanium and cobalt-chromium (CoCr) with high speed, precision, and reliability. Rigid machine design, innovative Vmax arm technology, RFID-supported tool and material management, and a large 21.5-inch touchscreen for easy, controlled, efficient work for experienced CAD/CAM users and labs new to digital production.

Metal Machining Performance

Designed for in-lab CoCr and titanium machining. High-rigidity body and Vmax arm reduce vibrations during milling for high precision and surface quality — metal processes can stay in-lab without sending work to an external milling centre.

Vmax Arm

Combines high power and precision. Unique 45° placement of A and B axes increases rigidity and provides vibration damping. Cast aluminium body, 6 mm spindle, and large holder contact surface support stability for high-precision production across materials and indications.

Interactive Use & RFID Management

  • 21.5-inch curved touchscreen with intuitive guided interface — tool wear checks, job prioritization, machine monitoring
  • 11-position SnapMag tool carrier with magnetic connection and RFID — Plug & Play tools, automatic tool recognition and usage tracking
  • Integrated 8-position RFID blank changer for automatic management of different production jobs — less manual intervention
