Woodpecker Dr. Yoshi Terauchi TFRK is a professional endodontic set developed to help remove canal files that break or become lodged inside the root canal during endodontic treatment. Developed by Dr. Yoshi Terauchi, this system brings together specialized instruments designed for locating the broken instrument, controlled removal of surrounding dentin, and retrieval of the fractured fragment in cases that require high precision.

The TFRK set includes various hand instruments, ultrasonic tips and specialized retrieval mechanisms for different canal anatomies and clinical situations. Fine-tipped micro-exploration instruments help locate the broken file, while dedicated ultrasonic tips support controlled work around the fragment. The Yoshi Loop system helps catch and remove a loosened broken file in suitable cases.
