New Dent MR & R Endo Broken File Removal System
Root canal therapy removes pulp, bacteria, and microorganisms through chemo-mechanical preparation, then seals the canal in three dimensions. Instrument fracture during preparation can leave separated NiTi rotary tools, broaches, files, or drills in the canal.
Clinical root canal treatment includes access, preparation, disinfection, and obturation. Work is done in a limited oral space within a complex canal system, where iatrogenic events such as instrument separation can occur.
