Kuraray Clearfil Majesty Esthetic Composite Refill
Light-cured nano-filled radiopaque restorative composite with high filler loading, enamel-like surface hardness, and low polymerization shrinkage.
Clearfil Majesty™ Posterior is a light-cured, nano-particle radiopaque restorative posterior composite made of nano and micro inorganic fillers processed with a special surface heat treatment technology.
The new surface-wetting technology allows a large amount of nano particles to disperse in a resin matrix of monomer and micro-particles, supporting high strength.
The resin matrix is reinforced with 92% by weight (82% by volume) filler loading.
Clearfil Majesty™ Posterior offers surface hardness close to natural enamel (high wear resistance while remaining antagonist-friendly), high mechanical strength (compressive strength: 504 MPa, flexural strength: 177 MPa), high toughness, deep polymerization, low polymerization shrinkage (1.5% by volume), and a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
Despite the very high filler content, Clearfil Majesty™ Posterior maintains an easily sculptable consistency.
