RECIPROC paper points — compatible

RECIPROC enables single-file canal treatment. Operation is similar to the balance-force concept: in balance force the file rotates clockwise then counterclockwise; with Reciproc the file first turns two steps counterclockwise, then one step clockwise. Reciprocation cuts then reverses to reduce binding. Reciprocation angles for RECIPROC files and the VDW.SILVER RECIPROC motor are specifically designed; several reciprocation movements complete a full 360° rotation.

RECIPROC file design

Files designed for reciprocation with non-cutting tips. Made from M-Wire nickel-titanium, which increases resistance to metal fatigue and flexibility versus conventional NiTi.

VDW.SILVER RECIPROC motor

Endodontic motor developed for reciprocation; also works with rotary NiTi systems. Programs for RECIPROC and WaveOne reciprocation systems and Flexmaster and Protaper rotary systems are preloaded. Dr.’s Choice memory holds 15 additional torque/speed values. Battery-powered and can operate while charging.
