DiaRoot bioaggregate — permanent root-canal repair paste 1 g

Biocompatible ceramic nano-particle bioaggregate for permanent root-canal repair. White crystalline powder containing calcium silicate, calcium phosphate, amorphous silicon oxide and tantalum oxide. Mixed with deionized water. Hydrophilic powder mixed with deionized water provides hermetic sealing that supports cementogenesis inside the canal and a strong barrier.

Mixing instructions

• Empty 1 sachet of bioaggregate powder into the mixing well
• Pour 1 ampoule of liquid onto the powder
• Mix powder and liquid for about 2 minutes until a fine paste is obtained
• 5 minutes working time; if application will take longer, cover with a moist sponge to prevent dehydration; add 1–2 drops of liquid if needed

Application notes

• Perforation repair: isolate with Optidam; shape, irrigate, disinfect and dry canal; fill to perforation; place moist DiaRoot; verify radiographically; plug with moist cotton pellet and temporary fill for at least 4 hours; confirm hard set before final restoration
• Retrograde fill: after apical surgery and 3 mm root resection, prepare a 3–5 mm deep cavity; isolate from tissue fluid and blood; place moist DiaRoot to seal the cavity fully; clean excess with moist pellets; verify radiographically
